New Delhi: After sharing glimpses of the intense prep sessions, Farhan Akhtar dropped the first look poster of Toofan on his Twitter on Monday.
Featuring Farhan as a boxer, the first look poster shows the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor flaunting his chiselled body, washboard abs and biceps.
The actor is seen standing in a boxing ring, ready to pack a few powerful punches as he looks intense in his boxer avatar.
"Toofan Uthega!! FIRST LOOK! #TOOFAN releasing 2nd October 2020!!," he wrote alongside Toofan first look poster.

Farhan is bankrolling the film as well alongside Ritesh Sidhwani and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, who is also the director.

Rakeysh and Farhan have earlier collaborated for 2013 sports-drama Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, based on Indian athlete Milkha Singh. The film was a huge success, winning Farhan several accolades for his stellar performance.
However, the upcoming sports-drama Toofan would not be a biopic but a fictional story. Farhan had been intriguing fans with stills from training sessions on his Instagram.
Farhan is currently busy in the promotions of his upcoming release The Sky Is Pink, directed by Shonali Bose. The actor will be seen sharing the screen space with Priyanka Chopra, who have worked together in 2015 film Dil Dhadakne Do.
The Sky Is Pink also stars Dangal fame Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf. The romantic drama revolves around a couple played by Farhan and Priyanka who lose their daughter (Zaira) to pulmonary fibrosis.
The film is slated to hit the big screens on October 11.
