Hyderabad: Actor Shahid Kapoor is gearing up for his digital debut with director duo Raj and DK. The upcoming web series on Amazon Prime will also be the maiden OTT outing for Tamil star Vijay Sethupati.
Shahid is on a roll after the humungous success of Kabir Singh. The actor, who has recently wrapped up shooting for his upcoming film Jersey, will be heading to make a web series debut with Raj and DK’s action thriller. After shooting Jersey amid the COVID-19 scare, a short break to unwind is what on Shahid's mind right now.

Shahid will reportedly kickstart the shoot for the web series from January. The untitled series will be shot at various locations in Mumbai and Goa.

According to a leading webloid report, Raj and DK’s thriller will not just have Shahid but Vijay Sethupathi, an acclaimed South actor playing a pivotal role. Raj and DK are aiming to project Shahid and Vijay in a never seen before role. Reports also suggest that Vijay and Shahid have charged a huge amount for the series which will be designed for the pan-India audience.
Meanwhile, Shahid has reportedly given the nod to Shashank Khaitan's action film titled Yoddha which will be produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Production.
