Hyderabad: Veteran screenwriter Salim Khan has shared verdict on his son Salman Khan's latest outing Radhe: Your Most wanted Bhai. Salim, who did not have great things to say about the film which is inspired by Korean action thriller The Outlaws.
Salim Khan, who is usually critical of Salman's work is treating Radhe no differently. The Zanjeer writer in recent chitchat with a publication has said that Salman's earlier outings Dabangg 3 and Bajrangi Bhaijaan were "good and totally different."

He added that Radhe "isn't a great film at all" but since commercial cinema has a responsibility to ensure that everyone gets paid, his son did the film to make sure that every person associated with the film, from artists to producers, distributors, exhibitors, and every stakeholder, gets the money. Salim, who co-wrote several successful films including Sholay and Deewar with Javed Akhtar, said that the stakeholders of Radhe are at the "advantage" but otherwise, he thinks the film is "not great."

Salman has always maintained that his father is the greatest critic of his work. The actor is also not a big fan of film critics and gets scared when they praise his work as most of the time he gets validation of his work only from his fans who contribute to his movies' collections.
