Lately, there have been huge speculations around Bhansali's next project, however, the filmmaker has confirmed the production of 'Gangubai'.
Priyanka who has just completed the shoot of her upcoming film 'The Sky Is Pink' has returned to USA post the wrap-up schedule.
The 'Mary Kom' actress is presently promoting her YouTube original 'If I Could Just Say One Thing'. However, PeeCee is expected to soon come back to India for 'Gangubai'.
'Gangubai' will be Priyanka's second collaboration with Bhansali after 'Bajirao Mastani' apart from her appearance in a special dance number in 'Ramleela'.
Meanwhile, PeeCee will be seen in 'The Sky Is Pink' after four years of 'Bajiro Mastani'. Directed by Shonali Bose, the movie is based on the life of motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary.
Co-produced by Priyanka, Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur, the movie also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in significant roles.
'The Sky Is Pink' is set to hit the theatres on October 11 this year.
