Payal Ghosh slaps #MeToo allegations on Anurag Kashyap, Kangana extends support

Actor Payal Ghosh has imposed #MeToo allegations on filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and sought help from PM Narendra Modi as her security is at risk. Moments later, Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter and extended her support to the actor.

Mumbai: Bollywood's Queen Kangana Ranaut has come out in support of actor Payal Ghosh who alleged that filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has "forced himself" on her.

The Judgementall Hai Kya actor even demanded his arrest in a tweet she posted on Saturday evening.

Taking to her Twitter handle, Kangana wrote: "Every voice matters #MeToo #ArrestAnuragKashyap."

Her tweet comes moments after Ghosh sought help from the Prime Minister of India.

Tagging Narendra Modi in her tweet, the 30-year-old actor from Kolkata wrote: "@anuragkashyap72 has forced himself on me and extremely badly. @PMOIndia @narendramodi ji, kindly take action and let the country see the demon behind this creative guy. I am aware that it can harm me and my security is at risk. Pls help!"

However, the Gangs of Wasseypur director has not put out any statement regarding the matter.

Earlier, the Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi actor took a sly dig at Kashyap after he sarcastically put out a statement saying Kangana should be sent to China to fend off attackers as she a true Manikarnika.
