Chennai: On the special occasion of father and veteran hero Krishna Ghattamaneni's birthday, Telugu star Mahesh Babu has made an official announcement of his next flick titled Sarkaru Vaari Paata with director Parasuram, on Sunday.
Sharing the news on his Instagram handle, the Maharshi actor wrote, "Here it is!!! #SarkaruVaariPaata💥💥💥 Blockbuster start for another hattrick💥💥💥."

Apparently, the film will be an action family drama based on the backdrop of financial frauds and bank scams. Mahesh is expected to sport a new look for the film and his hairstyle is also likely to be changed. While SS Thaman has been roped in to compose the music, PS Vinod will be cranking the camera. The shooting is expected to kick-off once the existing lockdown in the country gets lifted.

Talking about his wish to work with Spyder actor, Parasuram said, "After watching Okkadu in 2003, I decided to venture into films and make a film with Mahesh Babu. Finally, after these many years, my dream is set to be fulfilled. In other words, this is my dream project and I will certainly make it count."
When asked about the upcoming collaboration, the director said, "It's not that I cannot write elevating scenes and thumping dialogues which will deliver goosebumps to the audience. My films didn't need those until now. But with Mahesh’s project, I am working on all the commercial ingredients that will satisfy his fans."
Speculations are already rife that this most-anticipated project will feature Kabir Singh actor Kiara Advani in a female lead.
The flick will be bankrolled Mythri Movie Makers and 14 Reels Entertainments in association with GMB Entertainments.
