Mumbai: Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar is known for depicting the harsh realities of life through his films. The 'Fashion' director will reportedly be making a film on star-wives said to be based on Gauri Khan, Mira Rajput and Twinkle Khanna.
According to a leading publication, the film titled 'Bollywood wives' is presently in its pre-production stage. Bhandarkar is writing the script of his upcoming project. Moreover, reports also suggest that the wives of the leading actors will be not shown in a good light.
However, Madhur's spokesperson has stated that only a title has been registered and there are currently no plans of making a movie on it.
Meanwhile, the filmmaker is also making a film on sand mafias. There have also been reports that Shah Rukh Khan is being considered for the leading role. However, nothing officially has been announced by Bhandarkar.
