Mumbai: Actor Ankita Lokhande has recently opened up about not attending Sushant Singh Rajput's funeral and also how his viral pictures affected her.
In an interview with a leading portal, she said, "A reporter called me and said 'Ankita, Sushant committed suicide' and I was finished. I decided not to go to his funeral because I knew if I saw him like that, I can't forget it."
She was later seen visiting Sushant's residence in Mumbai and even met her family.
The actor further stated that she felt sad about the disturbing pictures of Sushant which had gone viral on the internet. Not only that but she even added that it was painful for his family members and the people close to him see such pictures.

The Manikarnika actor suggested that the Kedarnath starrer wasn't a depressed man and used to find happiness in small things even if it was about enjoying gulab jamun.
"Money was never an agenda for him. Whatever he did, he did with sincerity. He found joy in small things. Success never affected him, neither did defeat," she added.
Meanwhile, the Bihar Police have also started their investigations in Mumbai. Talking about the FIR filed against Rhea Chakraborty by Sushant's father, he has charged her with abetment to suicide, theft, wrongful confinement, cheating and also raised questions over the financial irregularities in his son's account.
