In the teaser, the duo can be seen breaking the stereotypes picking up sharpshooting at an older age. Both the actors light up the screen with the perfect diction and body language.
The teaser also justifies the title of the film 'Saand Ki Aankh' which is referred to as bull's eye as the sharpshooters can only see that and not the bird's eye as of Arjun.
Initially, Taapsee and Bhumi received flak for portraying characters double their age while they should be lauded for having the courage to take such a brave step at the peak of their careers.
With more and more movies inspired by real-life incidents, the face of Hindi cinema is surely changing for good. Such inspiring stories should be told as it will definitely create awareness along with cultivating a spirit of standing out from the crowd.
The Reliance Entertainment film will also mark writer Tushar Hiranandani's debut as a director. It will also be jointly produced by Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar.
'Saand Ki Aankh' also features Prakash Jha and Vicky Kadian in pivotal roles. It is slated for this Diwali release.
