The producer, who is known for impressive production values, is the creative force behind some of B-Town’s popular franchises, including Housefull, Baaghi and Judwaa.
For Sajid, the year 2020 is loaded with an interesting lineup and 2021 too will hold special significance as he will be donning the director's hat after six years.
With several projects in progress, Nadiadwala office must be a bustling spot with multi-faceted chief holding the front.
The film which is all set to release under the banner is Baaghi 3. Headlined by Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh, the film hits the big screens on March 6.
Baaghi franchise is very close to Sajid's heart. In terms of scale and execution, the filmmaker has attempted to create a bigger and better cinematic experience for those who are ardent fans of the series.
The actioner will be followed by sports drama 83. Looking at the kind of buzz around these two, smashing box office numbers shouldn't come as a surprise.
The Ranveer Singh starrer gained ground right from the word go. While coming on board for the film, Sajid had said, "There are certain projects that have an aura around them. 83 is one of those movies.”

Moving ahead in the year, Sajid, who have discovered stars like Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, will yet again introduce a new face in the industry. The filmmaker will launch Suniel Shetty's son Ahan Shetty with Tadap which also stars Tara Sutaria in lead. Directed by Milan Luthria, Tadap is the Hindi remake of the 2018 Telugu film RX 100.
In Sajid's career, one actor with whom he has frequently collaborated is Akshay Kumar. The filmmaker and actor duo have reunited for Bachchan Pandey which marks their tenth collaboration after Waqt Hamara Hai, their first film together which released in 1993.
Sajid and Akshay are school buddies and have known each other for over four decades. Interestingly, they used to share the same bench at Don Bosco School, Matunga.

For Bachchan Pandey, Sajid has taken a break from his usual partner, Fox Star Studio and join hands with Sony Pictures India. The film will release on January 22, 2021.
There is no sign of slowing down for the astute filmmaker in next year too as he is neck-deep in the two already announced and few in-talks projects.
The 53-year-old filmmaker will be sailing in two boats as he will be bankrolling Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and Kick 2. He will also be helming the latter. Both the films stars Nadiadwala's close buddy Salman Khan.
Besides professional tie-ups, Sajid and Salman share a bond so close that of the 15 guests present at his wedding to Wardha, the only two actors present were Salman and Sanjay Dutt.
Coming back to films, before Kick 2 hits the screens, Salman and Nadiadwala will return for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, slated for Eid 2021 release.
"I had started writing this film even before I started with Kick 2. Salman and I are collaborating after six years and it feels just like our Judwaa days back then. Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is a film with a very different approach and we are sure the audience will love to see Salman in the avatar we have planned," said Sajid in an earlier interview.
For Kick 2, the fans will have to wait a little more as the film will now be released in December 2021.
