Hyderabad: Actor and mother-to-be Anushka Sharma has everything planned for her first child with husband Virat Kohli. The couple has an animal-themed nursery ready for the baby and has also sorted out parent duties. Anushka has spoken about how they will instill a sense of normalcy around the baby given both of them are such accomplished personalities in their respective fields. She also shared her thoughts about raising a child under public scrutiny.

Anushka, who is on the cover of a leading magazine, has shared how she promoted her two production ventures in the first trimester and nobody would know since due to lockdown everything was being done virtually. When asked about how the constant media glare has overexposed kids in the industry, Anushka told the mag that sense of normalcy and privacy will be her primary concern.

"We’ve thought about it a lot. We definitely do not want to raise a child in the public eye—we don’t plan on engaging our child in social media. I think it’s a decision your child should be able to take. No kid should be made to be more special than the other. It’s hard enough for adults to deal with it. It’s going to be difficult, but we intend to follow through," said Anushka.

The actor had earlier said that she will be back shooting once she delivers her first child, and establishes a system at home that ensures her to balance her child, home and professional life.
