Ghaziabad: The dead body of a man, reportedly wrapped in a trolley bag, was recovered by a police patrol near the Meerut Road T-point, here on Thursday.
According to Ghaziabad police officer, Sanjay Pandey, the patrolling officials found an abandoned bag near the junction and further inspection revealed the presence of the dead body, wrapped inside the trolley bag.
"When our men opened the bag, they found the body of a young man. His arms were tied behind the back. It seems that the body was thrust inside the bag after the murder," he added.

Pandey further said that they have sent the body for an autopsy and efforts were on for its identification.
"In addition to this, an alert has been sent to all police stations in NCR," he said.
