The 50-year-old Irish woman, who had misbehaved to AI crew, is said to have committed suicide and police said her death is not being treated as suspicious. She was released from jail two weeks before her death.

East Sussex: An Irish woman who misbehaved to Air India crew was found dead in East Sussex in England.

Simone Burns, 50-year-old is said to have committed suicide and police said her death is not being treated as suspicious. She was released from jail two weeks before her death. Her body was found at Beachy Head on June 1.

Burns had abused Air India crew when they refused to serve her more alcohol in flight AI131 from Mumbai to London in November 2018.

She was sentenced to six months jail in April for misbehaving to AI crew.
