The Hague: Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte received European Council President Donald Tusk at his residence in The Hague on Friday.

UK members of parliament have voted to delay Brexit, just weeks before the country is scheduled to leave the bloc

The House of Commons voted 413-202 on Thursday in favour of seeking to postpone the UK's departure for at least three months beyond the original exit date of 29 March.
