Ahmedabad: After Houston's Howdy Modi event, the world is all set to witness the bonhomie between two global superpowers--the US and India as President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will share stage again at "Kem cho Trump" (Howdy Trump) event here on Monday.
President Trump will be accompanied by first lady Melania Trump during his two-day long India visit.
The event, which is being organised at the newly-built Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium, is expected to witness a footfall of around 1.25 lakh crowd.
Preparations have reached the final stage as Gujarat government has made necessary arrangements for the sea of crowd expected to gather during the event.
While sitting arrangements for 1.10 lakh have been done at the galleries of the world's largest cricket stadium, sitting of 10,000 VVIPs including business giants have been made in front of the stage inside the ground.
Hundreds of artists will perform a number of cultural pieces during the event.
The 'Kem cho Trump' event is being organised on the lines of 'Howdy Modi' event when PM Modi was accorded a rousing welcome by over 50,000 Indian-Americans in Huston during his visit to the US in September last. This was the largest-ever gathering that the US has ever witnessed when a foreign leader visited its soil.
