Corona had surrendered to the strong-willed Ujiba from Sachin village of Surat district. Her family was very happy when the old grandmother recuperated fully. She had defeated the deadly coronavirus with her strong will power. At 105 years of age, Ujiba’s energy and upright stature can put to shame young men. She had told her son, “Son, corona can do no harm to me. Nothing will happen to me. Just watch, I will come home fully recovered.”

When the 105-year-old Ujiba uttered these words, the doctors treating her were surprised to see her self-confidence. They actually even doubted her survival given her old age and the infectious deadly coronavirus. But what she had told her son turned out to be true. Her corona report came negative after nine days of treatment.

Despite 75 percent of her lungs infected and oxygen levels dropping, senior citizen defeats corona.
