New Delhi: The former chairman of the Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee and international president of Jago Party Manjit Singh GK will file a complaint to the Akal Takt against the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee for having sought financial assistance from Amitabh Bachchan.
He has described this behavior of taking help as cheating against the Sangat. Amitabh Bachchan had donated a total amount of 12 crores to the committee.
Manjeet Singh GK alleged that the community believes Amitabh Bachchan had provoked the slaughter of Sikhs in 1984 and therefore it is a sin to take his service.

Singh said that when Sirsa inaugurated the diagnostic center on March 11, it was told that the machines were served by the Chawla and Juneja families. However, on May 10, when Amitabh Bachchan claimed in his blog that he had given all the expenses of the diagnostic center, the committee assumed on May 11 that Amitabh Bachchan had given all the machines.

It is noteworthy that the MRI machine installed in Gurdwara Bangla Sahib has been given by Amitabh Bachchan.
At the same time, Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan has given financial assistance of Rs 2 crore to an isolation center built for corona infected patients in Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib.
Jago Party says that it is wrong to seek financial help from Amitabh Bachchan.
