Mumbai: The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced that its online banking services will remain unavailable for around two hours in the early hours of July 4.
Taking to Twitter on Friday, the SBI said: "We will be undertaking maintenance activities between 03:25 hrs and 05:50 hrs on 04.07.2021. During this period, internet banking/ YONO/ YONO Lite/UPI will be unavailable." We request our esteemed customers to bear with us as we strive to provide a better banking experience, it added.
The SBI customers faced similar issues on June 17 and April 1, 2021. According to SBI, Yono has nearly 2.6 crore registered users. It witnesses 55 lakh logins per day, over 4,000 daily disbursals of personal loans, and 16,000 Yono Krishi Agri Gold loans. The bank also said that its mobile transactions are going up and constitute about 55 per cent of total transactions.
