Kolkata: Two more days to go for this year's budget to be rolled out by the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and all the sectors are waiting in anticipation as what goodies would come into their kitty.
The West Bengal jute sector is no exception. General secretary of Bengal Chatkal Mazdoor Forum Atanu Chakraborty expects that the central government should frame such a policy that can give a facelift to this industry.
He says that tea and jute are two very important industries in India and hope that this time the central government would give some kind of economic relief that would be reflected on the taxes along with other benefits.

He hopes to see this about to be dying industry to be bettered again.
