New Delhi: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Monday said that BJP will get 20 to 22 seats from the northeastern states in the ensuing Lok Sabha election.
"We will again form the Government in Arunachal Pradesh and both our candidates for the Lok Sabha election will win," claimed Khandu.
Arunachal Pradesh will be voting for Assembly and Lok Sabha election simultaneously this time.
Khandu said that it is Modi wave in Northeast. "People of Northeast were frustrated with the corruption of the Congress Government," said Khandu.
"For the last 70 years, Congress has not done any developmental work. It's only after BJP came to power we have seen development in Northeast," added Khandu.
Arunachal Pradesh will be voting for Assembly and Lok Sabha election simultaneously this time.
Chief Minister Khandu was attending a Meet and Greet programme organised by the BJP in New Delhi.
