New Delhi: A fire broke out in West Delhi's Mundka area in the early hours of Saturday.
The fire has spread to a bulb factory located opposite the building. As many as 21 fire tenders are working to douse the blaze.
More details awaited
Just days after the massive fire in an illegal factory in Old Delhi's Anaj Mandi fire, in which 43 people were killed and at least 62 suffered injuries, another fire broke out this morning in West Delhi’s Mundka area.
The fire at Anaj Mandi was the second-worst in the national capital after the Uphaar Cinema tragedy.
On June 13, 1997, a fire that started from a transformer in the basement of Uphaar cinema complex caused 59 deaths and injured more than 100 people.
