Srinagar: Addressing a function in Srinagar, J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said, "apart from providing employment to the youth, the Jammu and Kashmir administration is also trying to make them skilled." Manoj Sinha added that "the youth of Jammu and Kashmir should forget the past and devote their skills and time to brighten the future of the Union Territory".

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha also presented awards to the youth in Srinagar, who were indulged in good work, including writers and social workers. Manoj Sinha said, "There is no shortage of skills among the youth in Jammu and Kashmir and the government is taking various steps to show them the way". He also said, "young people should focus on how to build a healthy, peaceful and secure society".
