New Delhi: Wrestler Sushil Kumar has been arrested by a team of Special Cell, said Neeraj Thakur, Special CP-Special Cell.
A team of Special Cell SR led by Inspector Shivkumar, Inspector Karambir and supervised by Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Attar Singh has arrested Sushil Kumar and Ajay from Mundka area of Delhi in connection with the killing of 23-year-old Sagar Rana at Chhatrasal Stadium, said Delhi Police.
Sushil Kumar was on the run since Wrestler Sagar Rana's death.

Wrestler Sagar Rana died while two of his friends Sonu and Amit Kumar got injured, after they were allegedly assaulted by Sushil Kumar and other wrestlers on May 4 night, at the stadium premises in the national capital.
A Delhi court had declined to grant anticipatory bail to the wrestler who is the only Indian athlete to win two Olympic medals in individual sport.

Wrestler Sushil is considered to be one of the most successful athletes in the country as he won a silver medal in the 2012 London Olympics, and four years earlier, he had brought home a bronze medal in Beijing Olympics.
Delhi Police had earlier announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh for any information that leads to the arrest of wrestler Sushil Kumar, who was on the run in connection with the case.
