Reports said the aircraft carrier is likely to be commissioned later this year or early next year. Sources said Singh will visit the construction site of IAC on Friday. Singh's visit comes in the wake of delays in the aircraft carrier's sea trials. The visit, which was planned to take place earlier in the year, was postponed due to the second wave of Covid-19, sources said.
