New ministers of Basavaraja Bommai cabinet likely to take oath tomorrow

Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai has been on a three-day tour of Delhi and the High Command has given approval for the formation of the Cabinet. The High Command sent a list of potential ministers to the state. BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel will summon the future ministers to Bengaluru.

Bengaluru: The High Command has given the green signal to finalise the cabinet and the new ministers will likely take oaths at Raj bhavan tomorrow evening. The High Command, which has ruled out a a full-fledged cabinet rejig, has decided to form the first team of 20 to 24 ministers.

Doubts on Deputy CM posts

It is also rumoured that High Command has recommended the omitting of Deputy Chief Minister posts as they will create anxiety and unnecessary confusion among the elders and eligible. However, clear information will be available soon after the list is released.

Priority to recommendations by BSY

High command has agreed to the names recommended by Former CM Yeddyurappa for ministry post. The High Command has come to the conclusion that it is impossible to govern by ignoring BSY's recommendation.
