Missing for 8 months, Bandipora youth repatriated by Pakistan

A youth from the Bandipora district of north Kashmir, who had gone missing in September last year, was repatriated by the Pakistani authorities on Tuesday.

Bandipora (Jammu and Kashmir): Pakistani authorities have repatriated a youth from the Bandipora district of north Kashmir, who had gone missing in September last year.

18-year-old Mohammad Sayeed Mohinuddin from Gurez area of Bandipora had inadvertently crossed over to the Pakistani side last year.

Officials said that the Pakistan army handed over the boy to the Indian side via the Teetwal sector in presence of civil and defence officials.
