Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to address a public meeting at Tehatta at 11: 30 am, hold roadshows in Krishna Uttar at 1 pm and Barrackpore at 3 pm as well as address a public meeting at Khardaha at 4: 45 pm as part of BJP's campaign for West Bengal Assembly polls.
2. J P Nadda to campaign in West Bengal
Bharatiya Janata Party national president J P Nadda would address a public meeting at Katwa at 12: 30 pm, hold a roadshow in Bardhaman at 3 pm, Dum-Dum Uttar constituency, followed by town hall meeting at Beleghata at 6: 45 pm and Belhachia at 7:45 pm.
3. Weekend curfew in Rajasthan amid Covid surge
Rajasthan government has announced a weekend curfew in the state from 6 pm on Friday till 5 am on Monday to curb the Covid-19 spread.
