Kulgam (J&K): Two encounters broke out between security forces and militants in two different parts of Kashmir on Saturday evening.
Encounters break out at two places in J&K
One of the encounters is underway at Hatipora of Kulgam district in south Kashmir. According to sources, based on specific information about the presence of militants, the forces launched a search operation during which the militants opened fire. At least two militants were hiding in the area, sources said.
Another encounter was launched in Simthan area of Bajbhara. Further details are awaited.
