New Delhi: With tensions rising in Rajasthan Congress as the Pilot camp is becoming edgy, one of the party leaders, on Monday, assured that the party High Command is taking this matter "very seriously" and soon the issue will be resolved. The statement was being made by Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam who met Sachin Pilot earlier today at his residence in Delhi. However, Acharya called it a courtesy meet and no such political matters were being discussed.
While speaking to the media, Acharya Pramod Krishnam said, "I'd come here to ask for the well being of Sachin Pilot. I hadn't met him since he got infected by Coronavirus. Nothing political had been discussed in the meeting. This was not a political meeting but a personal one."
When asked about his support to Pilot, as he had earlier given his blessings to Pilot to become the Chief Minister, Acharya replied, "People of Rajasthan loves Sachin Pilot. During the Assembly elections in Rajasthan in 2018, Sachin Pilot was the Pradesh Congress Committee Chief. In other states, Kamal Nath and Bhupesh Baghel were appointed at the position of Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh as they were also the PCC Chiefs. But in Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot was chosen for the CM face. Due to this, some issues started raising in Rajasthan."

"After this, a committee was constituted by the party high command to coordinate among the two groups of Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot. But as Pilot himself has said, there is not a single meeting of this committee has been taken place till now. But I believe that a solution will soon be found out as the party high command is serious over this matter," he further added.
In the process of resolving the feud within the Rajasthan Congress, the party had stepped up internal deliberations with all sections to get to know their viewpoints. A Cabinet reshuffle is also being expected soon. Congress has recently lost one of his young Turks as Jitin Prasada chose to switch his path to BJP. Before him, Jyotiraditya Scindia left Congress party after feeling 'ignored' by the party high command. Replying to ETV Bharat's question over this matter, Acharya Parmod said, "Sachin Pilot is one of the important persons in Congress party. People of Rajasthan love him. He is even one of the pillars of Congress. He has never given any controversial statement against the party or any Congressmen."

Recently, Rajasthan Congress in-charge Ajay Maken also dismissed all the speculations. On being asked whether Pilot is displeased by party politics, Maken said that he is in touch with Pilot and if he is angry they would not hold any kind of conversations. Makan also clarified that an exercise is underway to fill all the vaccines in the party, be it for cabinet or other posts.
Acharya Pramod also reacted to the recent accusations over the land acquisition deal by the Ram Mandir trust in Ayodhya where two political parties including Samajwadi Party and Aam Admi Party have claimed that two real estate dealers allegedly purchased a property from an individual for Rs 2 crore and sold it just, a few minutes later, to the trust for Rs 18.5 crore.
"Ram Mandir trust was constituted by Government of India. This is a very serious issue that such allegations have been imposed upon this trust. PM should answer. This is something related to our faith and beliefs. Ram Mandir Trust should not be converted into a base of property dealing," the Congress leader said.
