Attacking the ruling party, Galla said, "One year of YSRCP has been completed but the state is still does not have human, constitutional and democratic rights. There have been attempts by the state govt to remove the state legislative council for no particular reason.

He added, "The opposition leaders are being attacked and are denied fundamental human rights. Chandrababu Naidu was also arrested without any notice at midnight like a criminal or a terrorist. He was in severe pain but still, they took him to jail.

People's self-respect and economic capabilities are being damaged. Social activists who criticises the govt has to face the brunt. This govt has no respect for legal contracts and for law and order. The state is in huge debts but still, Reddy govt wants to have three capitals without thinking about the farmers, " the MP said.

TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu had earlier requested the Jagan Reddy government not to shift the state capital from Amaravati, warning about the huge loss of investment and woes of farmers. He had warned the ruling party that it could dent the image of the state and investors will lose confidence for future investment.
