Patna: National Secretary General of Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) Madhaw Anand launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the corona handling in the state as the COVID-19 caseload continues to increase.

"Nitish-led government has failed to handle the corona crisis in Bihar. Had people being distributed masks and made aware of the infection, this situation could have been avoided," RLSP leader added.

Many political leaders, including senior BJP leaders, have tested positive for the infection. The state government should focus on roping in more health facilities to stem the spread of the disease rather than gearing up for the upcoming assembly polls."
