Bhilwara (Rajasthan): As many as seven boys escaped from a juvenile correctional facility in Rajasthan's Bhilwara area on Monday morning. One of the seven escapees was caught by the locals near Kothari River and handed over to the facility staff.
The police along with officials of the social justice department are on the lookout for the six boys who managed to escape.
Meanwhile, Hemant Khateek, superintendent of the juvenile correctional facility accused the home guards of "negligence of duty".
"I got to know in the morning that seven children have escaped from the facility bypassing three home guards. This goes on to prove that there was some negligence on the part of the home guards. But they later managed to catch hold of one of the seven boys who fled the home. The police investigation is underway and we hope that they will be nabbed," said Khateek.
