New Delhi: National Human Rights Commission of India has constituted a sub-committee on the Convention of Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).
This sub-committee aims to examine whether the domestic law, policy frameworks and schemes meet the requirements of the articles of CEDAW also to make recommendations.
The committee which comprised of six members from civil society will be chaired by Jyotika Kalra.
