Doda (Jammu and Kashmir): Police and army troops have found an arms cache in Jammu and Kashmir when they smashed a hideout used by suspected militants, according to officials.
Small arms, ammunition and a Pika machine gun were recovered from the hideout in Doda district, officials said.
The operation was launched after security forces received specific intel about a hideout in the area.
"Based on specific input of a terrorist hideout, a joint team of the Indian army and Jammu and Kashmir Police launched a search operation in Chirala," an army official said.
He also said more searches are continuing.
