New Delhi: A large number of displaced Kashmiri Pandits on Sunday, staged a protest at Jantar Mantar against the Holocaust day: 19.01.1990 that marks their exodus from Kashmir valley.
They also protested against the rising terrorism in the valley and have expressed hopes of their return from the government.
While talking to ETV Bharat, one of the Kashmiri Pandit said, "We have been waiting for our return for the last 30 years. The Modi government has been in power from the last six years but have done nothing to help us."
He further added, "The recent developments including the modification of Article 370 and the arrest of Yaseen Malik have raised our hopes."
The protesters asserted that they were hopeful of the Modi government taking strict action against the separatists and pave a way for their safe return to their abode.
