Jaipur(Rajasthan): At least seven people have been arrested by the Jaipur village at Chandwaji police station for committing robbery on the highway. According to police, the kingpin of this gang is Sadam and the group looted copper-laden truck going from Bhiwadi to Gujarat on January 21. After tying the hands and feet of the driver and the conductor, the gang fled away into the deserted area in Noon Valley. Police said that copper and Voltas AC units worth crores of rupees have been recovered.

After the police recovered 159 AC units worth Rs 1 crore, information was imparted by the police at the company's head office. But the company had no clue about that crores of rupees sent by them from Uttarakhand to the company's manufacturing unit to the dealer in Hyderabad were looted. After the Uttarakhand manufacturing unit had a word with Voltas Head, it was revealed that ACs worth crores of rupees did not reach the dealers.

At present, Police is interrogating the gang who are arrested in the case. There is a possibility that many big revelations can be made in the future.
