14 Lakh Facebook users watched Shah's digital Bihar rally: BJP

The BJP claimed that more than 14 lakh users joined the first of its kind digital political rally addressed by Home Minister Amit Shah.

Also, the rally clocked up 1.5 lakh views on Youtube and 66,000 views on Twitter, BJP's media co-incharge Sanjay Mayukh said.

Mayukh claimed that Bihar Jan Sanvaad was trending on Twitter when Shah addressed the rally.

Besides digital platforms, Mayukh, an MLC from Bihar, also claimed that crores of people watched the rally via various TV channels.

Shah speaks on upcoming Bihar elections

Launching a blistering attack at RJD, Shah said, "From Lantern era to LED, loot and order to law & order, from Chaara ghotala to DBT, we have come a long way in Bihar."

"I am confident NDA will get 2/3rd majority in Bihar in the upcoming polls," he claimed.

Shah speaks on migrants workers

Shah said, "Central govt safely ferried 1.25 cr migrants to their destinations after health infra was ramped up to meet their needs."

"With Rs 1.25 lakh crore special package for Bihar, Modi govt encouraged the spirit of Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas," he added.

Speaking about the migrants issue, Shah said that the Modi government was taking all those stranded due to lockdown to their native places safely. 

He said that the Centre didn't allow them to travel in the first phase of lockdown to but time to make arrangements to develop health infrastructures.

Shah then went on to refer to decision to scrap Article 370, amend the Citizenship Act, enact law to criminalise triple talaq.

"The whole world agrees that after USA and Israel if there is any other country that is able to protect its borders, it is India," he added.

"From Janta Curfew to calling people to beat utensils to flypast by Air Force, PM Modi helped unite the people of the country. It was not a political propaganda but an attempt to bring us all together on a single platform as we fight this pandemic," said Shah.

He further said, "We released Rs 11,000 crore to states for making food arrangements for migrants."

Shah said that by scrapping Article 370 and 35A, PM Modi has truly united Kashmir with India.

He further said, "Triple Talaq became a social stigma and the previous governments did not address the issue due to vote-bank politics. But by giving "talaq" to triple talaq, Modi ji helped millions of Muslim women live a life of dignity."

Shah takes jibe at opposition's 'thali protest'

Shah took jibe at Lalu's family over 'Thali Protest" and said that this rally is nothing to do with politics.  It is aimed at connecting with people in fight against COVID-19.

"Some people welcomed our virtual rally by clanging 'thalis'. I am glad they finally heard PM Modi's appeal to show gratitude towards those fighting Covid-19," said Shah.

He also said, "Bihar has rejected the dynastic politics."
