In an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat, Dr Manaswi shares some useful tips as to how to remain calm and stress-free amid the lockdown imposed to flatten the curve of Coronavirus.

Jaipur: The outbreak of Coronavirus is spreading across the world rapidly. A lockdown of 21 days has been done as a safety measure in India. At the same time, no vaccination has been discovered for the Coronavirus yet. Hence the only solution is to stay away from the crowd and protect ourselves from this disease. Under which people are now forced to live within the premises of their homes.

Although Corona can be avoided by staying at home, the person feels mentally exhausted or even gets into mental stress. For this problem, ETV Bharat tried to find out the methods of staying at home stress-free during the lockdown from Dr Manaswi.

Uncertainty about the future and influx of news related to the corona virus are causing social distances, alienation, fear, panic and stress among people. By following the guidelines laid down by WHO, we have resolved to keep ourselves and people healthy by creating social distance, as well as taking care of our mental peace.
