Soon after congratulating Jyotiraditya Scindia for the Rajya Sabha nomination, former Madhya Pradesh chief minister and BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan deleted his tweet.

Hyderabad: Former Madhya Pradesh chief minister and BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan deleted his tweet minutes after congratulating Jyotiraditya Scindia for being chosen as a candidate of the BJP for the Rajya Sabha.

It is to be noted that Chouhan had tweeted congratulating Scindia and Harsh Singh for being nominated for the Rajya Sabha. He posted this tweet even before BJP officially released its list of candidates for Rajya Sabha.

Chouhan's tweet said, "I congratulate Jyotiraditya Scindia and Harsh Singh Chauhan on being named Rajya Sabha candidates from Madhya Pradesh."
