New Delhi: The BJP on Friday denounced the Congress on the issue of electoral bonds, saying why it was opposing it.
"Why are they questioning the government on the issue," Tom Vadakkan, BJP national spokesperson asked while talking to the ETV Bharat here.

"We also want to know how much have they got," he said, adding that the party that is raising a question against the BJP, must come clear too.
Commenting on the Congress forming an alliance with the former partner of BJP, Shiv Sena, in Maharashtra, the BJP national spokesperson said that it was opportunistic.
"Congress is exposed. It would do anything to grab power," he added.
On being asked the role of BJP in the state, he said his party was ready to play any role assigned to it according to the constitution.
Earlier in the day, Congress tried to raise the issue of electoral bonds in Rajya Sabha but was not allowed by the Chair.
The Congress and other opposition parties gave several notices under Rule 267 seeking setting aside of the business to take up the issue after reports suggested that the Finance Ministry overruled objections of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on the bonds.
