Ranchi: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said on Saturday that if UPA came to power, Rahul Gandhi would become the Prime Minister.
While talking to the press, Bhupesh Baghel said, "BJP's base has been going down and this time UPA will come to power. This time there is no dilemma regarding the post of PM." He also said that the former deputy CM of Bihar and the son of Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav had also shown support in favour of Gandhi.
Bhupesh Baghel further raised questions regarding farm loan waiver and told that the Congress government has waived debts more than Rs 10 thousand crores so far.
While addressing the press conference, he also appealed for votes in support of Mahagathbandhan candidates from Ranchi and Khunti.
