Bhilwara (Rajasthan): The number of corona positive cases in Rajasthan are increasing day by day. As of now most of the cases have been found in the capital of the state. However, the worst affected area in the state is Bhilwara district.
As many people stared testing positive for the virus, the administration got on its feet as it has to face two challenges, one to help contain the number of cases in the district and to clear the name of the place from the worst affected areas.
Most of the patients tested positive were cured and sent home which was inspiring as well as encouraging as Bhilwara was sometimes being referred to as the Italy of Rajasthan.
The rate at which the cases were increasing day by day in the district, it almost seemed like Italy. However, with the efforts of the administration, the district now is being hailed as an example for the whole country.
District administration, Bhilwara, took many very strict steps to contain the virus. A lockdown was imposed in the district followed by a strict curfew. The administration took all the necessary steps which proved helpful for its citizens.
The administration completely sealed the boundaries of the district as well owing to which one was able to either leave or enter the district.

Teams from the health department also did every effort to help fight the pandemic. They screened every possible person and even the families suspected of being infected with the virus. The health teams tested around 8 lakh people in the district. The results of such tireless efforts of the health department have borne fruits as most of the people have been aggressively tested and the infected people cured are sent home.
Also, special attention was paid to those people infected with the coronavirus. From their daily routine to diet everything was closely monitored and an eye kept on every detail. The tests of such persons were also conducted regularly.
The last case in Bhilwara was tested positive on the 30th of March after that till now no new case has been registered which has also been possible because of the tireless efforts of the administration and the health workers and the volunteers who worked around the clock.
The administration has been constantly spreading awareness amongst the people in the district. The people are advised to wear masks, wash hands with soaps, to wear clean clothes, to observe social distancing and to stay at home.
The police and their tireless efforts too cannot be negated. During the curfew, police were vigilant and were present at every nook and corner and this was the reason that it was successfully and strictly implemented.
