Mumbai: Online transactions are on the rise these days. Due to the ongoing corona crisis, people are buying essential items from homes through various e-commerce platforms. In this context, a major revelation has been made by the Maharashtra Cyber Department and during the ongoing investigation, it has come to light that a malware called Joker is reaching the computers of the most mobile and computer users.
This malware called Joker is collecting important information especially regarding banking transactions in your mobile and computer and passing it on to cybercriminals, said Yashasvi Yadav, Head, Maharashtra Cyber Department.

This malware is unknowingly entering your mobile or computer and collecting all the details of your online financial transactions. OTPs coming on your mobile are emptying your bank account by getting passwords without your knowledge.
