Bengaluru: CCB Police at Bengaluru have arrested two foreign nationals accused of drug trafficking. The drug traffickers were identified as Nanso John and Trourie Ben and the accused had conspired to sell narcotics on the main street of Ramamurthy Nagar.
The CCB Inspector Lakshmikanthaiah managed to arrest two foreign nationals who were riding on a two-wheeler. The investigation revealed that they were planning to sell Ecstasy tablets and LSD strips to the public.
A total of 134 Ecstasy tablets and 25 LSD strips worth Rs 10 lakh were seized from the accused.
The accused have come to India with a Medical Attendance visa. But they were doing an illegal activity in violation of passport and visa rules. The case has been registered against the accused at Hennur police station.
It is learned that the arrested accused have been doing the same thing since 2017 and they were already jailed in a case filed against them at Ramamurthy Nagar in KR Puram police station limits.
