Guwahati: An illegal Bangladeshi resident undergoing trial in Assam's Morigaon district court has been arrested after he was declared a 'foreigner' on Friday.
The intruder, identified as Samar Ali will be sent to the Tezpur detention camp.
According to reports, Samar Ali, son of Hasen Ali was a resident of Boribajar village, Morigaon. He was declared as a foreigner as he failed to submit the important documents to the foreigners' tribunal. The verdict came after two years of trial.
