Senior Advocate PN Mishra, appearing on their behalf, cited Baburnama and Mir Baqi to prove that Babri masjid was never contructed by Babur. Speaking to ETV Bharat, Vidyananda said that Babri Masjid is very famous but nobody paid attention to its constructor.
"We have submitted evidences to show that it wasn't constructed by Babur," he said
Citings from Baburnama, Humayunama, Skanda Puran, Books on Islamic laws were submitted to the court today.

Mishra reads the findings of the High Court where it is disputed that the mosque was built by Emperor Babur. Further, Mishra said that he will now place his arguments on mosque.
Earlier, Pointing out that there were several discrepancies in inscriptions that are used to establish that the Mosque was built by Babar, Mishra submitted that in 1885 the civil Judge of Faizabad visited the site and saw an inscription on the door written 'Allah'. However, there was nothing engraved on the door of the Mosque.
