Hyderabad: Sushil Kumar Modi, Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar on Friday said that over 222 migrant workers from Bihar's Khagaria reached Telangana by Shramik Special Train on the request of Telangana government.
Clarifying Tejashwi Yadav's allegations, Deputy Chief Minister stated, the migrant workers mainly work in rice mills around Hyderabad city and also in places like Miryalaguda, Karimnagar, Nalgonda, Jagityal and Sultanabad. Moreover, the Shramik Special Train was arranged by the Bihar govt on the request of Telangana administration.

Moreover, the COVID-19 precautionary measures were kept in focus and on arrival they have been shifted to different areas in special buses. Medical tests have been held before they have been departed to other districts in the state.
According to the reports, the State Nodal officer Sandeep Kumar Sultania and Cyberabad Commissioner of Police Sajjanar received the migrant workers by offering flowers when they arrived.
