As one enters adult life, they become more sexually active, but as they age, get busy with their lives and amidst all the responsibilities, people are likely to go through some dry days. If these days last long i.e. if a is deprived of sex for a long time, he/she may experience certain side effects. Although it may depend from person to person, here are some common things one may face!

This survey study published in JAMA found that from 2000 to 2018 sexual inactivity increased among US men such that approximately 1 in 3 men aged 18 to 24 years reported no sexual activity in the past year. Sexual inactivity also increased among men and women aged 25 to 34 years, with the increase among men mainly occurring among unmarried individuals.
