Beijing: Foreign Minister of Japan, Taro Kono, met Chinese premier Li Keqiang and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing on Monday and will further hold talks with his counterpart.
Li Keqiang said that economic cooperation between China and Japan would not only benefit the two countries but also the global economy. Kono and Wang had exchanged views on a broad range of subjects covering the economic cooperation . They decided to take concrete actions quickly on discussed matters.
Earlier there were certain differences between the two nations, said Kono. Of late economic cooperation between the two estranged countries has increased , and industries of the two nations want to work together even going to the extent of setting up projects jointly in other countries .
