Hyderabad: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan brought in magic on the big screen with the release of Pathaan in January. The film broke multiple box office records in India and now it has been commercially released in Bangladesh. Several videos from cinema halls in Bangladesh are currently doing the rounds on social media as the fans dance to Jhoome Jo Pathaan at the end of the movie.

In one of the videos from inside a cinema hall in Bangladesh, fans can be seen singing along and dancing to the hook step of the song Jhoome Jo Pathaan and screaming with excitement as they see Shah Rukh Khan on the big screen with Deepika Padukone. Another video shows a young girl grooving as Jhoome Jo Pathaan plays on the screen.

According to a report, local distributor Action-Cut Entertainment's Ananya Mamun stated that the tickets for the movie were sold out for the first two days during advance booking in Bangladesh. He further said, "Pathaan becomes the first Hindi film to be released in Bangladesh since 1971 and we are grateful to the authorities for their decision. We have learnt over the years that Shah Rukh Khan has a huge fan base in Bangladesh and we feel Pathaan, our latest offering from YRF's Spy Universe, is the ideal first Hindi film of SRK to release in the country and represent Indian culture and cinema in its full glory."

After the success of Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in filmmaker Atlee's Jawan. The movie, which was earlier slated to be released in June, will now be released on September 7. He also has Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki coming up later this year.
